Why go "raw"?

So, now that you understand what a raw food diet is all about, you need to decide, is it best for you? Well you don't need to incorporate raw food 100% of the time. It is possible to just consume more fruits and vegetables with no processed foods. Try drinking fresh fruit juices until lunch time and then consuming a healthy veggie sandwich.
